Absolutely fantastic experience here, again. I was previously seen at another clinic due to a filling falling out and a cracked tooth. After being given options and time to decide, I needed my follow up visit. The other clinic could not get me back in when needed. I called this one and within 3 hours of booking an open slot, going in, doing my x-rays and making sure I was numb enough to not feel any pain, they got me out the door with relief. The staff of three today were very welcoming and made the process easy and time efficient. Thank you!

I cant say enough amazing things about the team here. Truly. I was in a ton of pain because of an impacted wisdom tooth and I'll save the long story but my regular dentist totally dropped the ball. Both appointments they got me in super quick. Everyone here from the front desk, the dental assistants to the dentist were so kind and compassionate. I've never had to receive emergency dental care like this before but this experience left me so grateful they exist. The procedure was not fun but the tooth was out in minutes. Absolutely will always recommend them!

They got us in the same day. Paperwork sent through text. They made an extremely stressful situation manageable. No dental insurance so I was worried but I googled average price in WA for simple extraction so i didn't get sticker shock. The front desk person keeps the place sanitized and customers comfortable. Nevan was the dental assistant and has such a baby face. He was great. Then Dr Nguyen came in- kind face and quick. I swear that extraction took less than 5 minutes. They're the people you want when you have an emergency or your dental office's computers crash and they can't do the procedure you've waited a month in pain to get done and will have to wait another month since the can't reschedule anything sooner.

It was good, a little outdated, because, they're water squirter for your mouth leaked at the connection, so it went all over your shoulder. They're still doing novocaine with a syringe which is really old when they have the new machines that administer it, which is completely painless. They definitely got the job done.And the dentist was very good. It's about twice as expensive as a normal dentist.But realize that it is emergency.Same day care. I had a crack molar that was killing me and my dentist couldn't do the procedure for 5 days.I could not wait with the pain. I'm very thankful.They were able to do it.Yesterday.

Honestly, im grateful to have had my wisdom teeth pulled because they were causing a lot of pain but the whole service itself I probably wouldn’t come here again if I needed anything done. The front desk lady was super kind and pleasant, which I do appreciate and enjoyed. The doctor was fine except it seemed a bit excessive after being numbed to be poked multiple times with the needle used to numb to see if my mouth was numb. I have a gigantic bruise in my mouth and a sore by my gums which im assuming has to do with multiple points of exposure for potential irritation or infection. Another instrument used during the initial inspection process could’ve been used to test if my mouth was numb. There was no communication throughout the process until something was actively happening. As a patient I’d like to know what is going to happen to me especially when the end result is literal open wounds in my mouth. I was the only patient in the establishment and it just seemed unnecessary how inattentive and non communicative the assistant was. I understand if people have bad days but I just didn’t appreciate not being told what was happening BEFORE it happened and not as it was happening. As
